We conducted the first edition of a unique ‘ language + customer service workshop’ for one of our clients today and quite enjoyed the experience. I don’t really want to miss any opportunity to talk about my experiences as a consumer, and resultant learnings as a marketer. This one’s for my favourite consumer technology brand anyway.
