  • Rajesh Lalwani

    CEO, Blogworks

    Rajesh is the founder of Blogworks. A marketing and communication professional, with over 20 years of relevant experience, he has crafted marketing, public relations and digital media strategies for prominent global brands.

    As an observer of media and communication trends, he recognised change early and identified social media impact as early as 2004.

    Rajesh regularly writes for prestigious publications. His views on the future of marketing, innovation and media are regularly featured in the media and often sought by global organisations.

    Rajesh is often invited to speak at prominent national and international marketing and communication conferences. He conducts engaging workshops for professionals on subjects of social media concepts and impact, communication and branding. He has lectured at top institutions including IIM, Ahmedabad, Goa Institute of Management, Amity and others and enjoys these interactions most.

  • Amita Malhotra

    Knowledge Director, Blogworks

    A marketing and communication professional with over 10 years of experience, Amita has helped craft and execute brand marketing, digital and public relations strategies for global brands.

    At Blogworks, as a senior leader and strategy lead, she has programs for Samsung, GE Capital and Mahindra where she respectively helped launch the brand on social media, led an internal communication initiative and played an important role in crafting the award winning movement marketing programme – Spark the Rise – as part of Mahindra’s Rise vision to be seen among the top 50 global brands.

    Earlier, as the Editor for IndiaSocial, she led some of the earliest industry initiatives to document the best practices in social media for business in India. These included two editions of the IndiaSocial Case Challenge, curating two e-books and the flagship India Social Summit.

    Leading thought-leadership initiatives for Blogworks, she led India’s Most Mentioned Political Report, the flagship report tracking the Lok Sabha General Elections in 2014. The report, published in collaboration with Mint business daily, tracked and analyzed over 13 months, 31 million online mentions of 187 political leaders, of what is often said to be India’s first digital elections. She also led the India Auto Social Index and the India Social Media Survey Report

    Amita has facilitated several internal client workshops and spoken at forums organised by TiE,the German Book Office,Intellcap, ISB&M, Pune and TERI.  She has also taught as a guest faculty at the 9.9 School of Communication.

    Prior to joining Blogworks, Amita worked with Genesis Burson-Marsteller, one of India’s most respected public relations firm, where she managed campaigns for brands across corporate and lifestyle verticals. She studied English Literature at Lady Shri Ram College (LSR); she undertook her Masters in Communication Management from the Symbiosis Institute of Mass Communication, Pune.

  • Saloni Sisodia

    Associate Knowledge Director

    Presently leading one of the business units for Blogworks , Saloni has been with Blogworks for over 3 years now during which time she has worked with clients like Jack Daniel’s, Samsung, TERI, Marks & Spencer India, Harley-Davidson India among others.

    Having completed her MBA from Goa Institute of Management, she has worked with Tata Capital prior to Blogworks.
